RAYGEX – STEP 1
RAYGEX – STEP 2
Install the radiant system within the metal framework, inserting screws at least 2 cm away from the surface circuit print, avoiding the marked areas where screws must not be driven.
RAYGEX – STEP 3
Prepare the hydraulic distribution from the manifold using insulated 20×2 pipes, taking care not to create bends with too tight a radius and not to leave any uninsulated pipe sections resting on the supporting metal structure.
Avoid twisting the pipes within the metal profiles and hangers, and do not use cable ties to secure electrical systems to the hydraulic network or metal framework.

Test the radiant system at 4 bar using air/water and bleed the air from the system.
RAYGEX – STEP 6
It is recommended to include a deaerator, a Y-strainer, and a protective fluid in the system.
RAYGEX – STEP 7
Once the hydraulic tightness of the system has been verified, close the slots and fill in the non-radiant areas.
RAYGEX – STEP 8
Carry out the final surface finishing.
RAYSNAKE – STEP 1
Prepare the metal framework according to the chosen radiant panel, checking the final flatness of the structure; where necessary, provide expansion joints.
RAYSNAKE – STEP 2
Position the radiant panels within the metal structure according to the orientation defined during the design phase to ensure correct hydraulic connection.
RAYSNAKE – STEP 3
Connect the radiant panels in series using the appropriate fittings and connect each series to the hydraulic distribution system: each series must not exceed 2–2.4 m², and each manifold branch can cover a maximum of 10–12 m² of radiant surface.
Adjust the flow rate to 17–20 l/h per m².
